Refund policy

Refunds & Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you bought an item from our website and it’s not quite right, you can return it within 14 days of shipment for a full refund to your original payment method, or opt for store credit for the full price. Just make sure the item is unopened, unworn, and free from any damage.

Once your return reaches us and we’ve had a chance to check it over, your refund will be issued either back to your payment method (shipping costs excluded) or as store credit—your choice!

Note: Depending on the reason for your return, return shipping costs might apply.


How to Return Your Items

  2. Put your order number in the subject line
  3. Tell us which items you’d like to return

One of our team members will get back to you within 3–4 business days with instructions to make the return smooth and simple.


International Returns

Right now, we aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges for international orders.


Exchanges

Because our inventory can change quickly, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, the easiest way is to return your purchase for store credit, which you can use anytime.


Items That Can’t Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Items returned after 14 days from shipment
  • Items that aren’t in resellable condition (stains, pet hair, odor, worn, or washed)
  • Items purchased at a festival or event

Processing Time

Please allow 7–10 business days for us to review your return. Once approved, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Refunds usually reach your account within 3–5 business days after that.
